Any users using single sign-on (SSO) would need to reset their password outside of OpsReady. Follow these steps to reset your password:  1. Navigate to your organization's OpsReady site by entering the URL in your browser (e.g. [client.opsready.com](http://client.opsready.com/)) 2. Enter your email address and click **Send Reset Email** ![](https://portal.opsready.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-3.png?width=653&height=509&name=undefined-3.png) 4. Go to your email, open the email from notify@opsready.com, and click the link to reset your password. If you don’t see it, double check your junk/spam folder. 5.
