What to do if you don't know your Organization URL or username?

Organization URL

You need to know your organization URL to access OpsReady on the web or through the mobile application. If you don't know your Organization URL, contact your site administrator, or whoever helped you set up your OpsReady account. You can also contact support@opsready.com and let us know which company you work for, and we can likely help you out.

 

Username

If you don't know your username, you can either contact your site administrator, or send an email to support@opsready.com with your name, email address, and company name, and we can help find it for you.
